I bought a course, how do I access it?

In order to access the course you purchased, you need to check your email after completing your purchase. You will have received an email that says “Your Civilian Rifleman account has been created!” Once you’ve finish creating your account, you will be logged in and can click the “Training Courses” option at the top of the page, locate the course you bought, and click “Start Learning.” In the event you are logged out, just click “My Account” at the top of our website, log in again, and continue your course.

I ordered a physical product, when can I expect it?

Your order is received and processed as quickly as possible. While we do as much as we can to process these orders same day, this is not always possible and as such, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship.

I’ve noticed a page isn’t working on your website.
